Autumn 2022 brought the launch of CC’s latest digital development, the self-service customer portal, My CC. A modern, reliable, and user-friendly system which is easily manageable. In My CC, you have all your contracts archived in one place, you can view your balances at a glance and you can exchange tags and perform quota transfers yourself. The portal is available in 8 languages.
It is possible to give colleagues or business contacts access to the portal via their own account. You can register these contacts into the portal yourself. Furthermore, in the portal you can:
- Register exchanges, returns & collections
- Register balance transfers & shelf quota transfers
- Request CC TAG5 exchanges
- Update your own profile and user management
