Self-Service customer portal

Autumn 2022 brought the launch of CC’s latest digital development, the self-service customer portal, My CC. A modern, reliable, and user-friendly system which is easily manageable. In My CC, you have all your contracts archived in one place, you can view your balances at a glance and you can exchange tags and perform quota transfers yourself. The portal is available in 8 languages.

It is possible to give colleagues or business contacts access to the portal via their own account. You can register these contacts into the portal yourself. Furthermore, in the portal you can:

  • Register exchanges, returns & collections
  • Register balance transfers & shelf quota transfers
  • Request CC TAG5 exchanges
  • Update your own profile and user management

The balance system offers the following key advantages:   

  • My CC: book and transfer your own orders via our user-friendly customer portal.
  • One main balance: collect and return anywhere in Europe without worrying about transferring your balance
  • Transparent pricing system: only pay for the service you use, there are no hidden costs.
  • Real-time stock: actual insights into your companies availability and the availability at CC Depots.

Whether you are returning or collecting CC Containers or exchanging non-functional CC material for functional CC material, being able to do this at a CC Depot of your choice adds a greater level of flexibility which will l benefit your business.
