For the Availability department in Hoofddorp we are looking for an:

Availability Logistic Coordinator (40 hours)

As an Availability and Logistic Coordinator you’re responsible for the handling of availability and logistics in general in cooperation with the Availability Team to ensure an efficient and cost effective logistic service as well as security of availability of CC products at all European depots. You will be reporting to Jens Wiese, Availability Manager.

Your main tasks

  • Focus on movements to/from depots and customers in overall CC logistic activities. Follow up on KPI’s, stock and cost registration
  • In cooperation with Transport/Availability Manager coordinate trans-border logistic activities
  • Balancing demand of RTI’s at CC depots as efficient and cost-effective as possible

Sub tasks

    • Participate in CC’s workgroups/projects when required
    • Support of implementation of new technologies in the SCM area
    • Bring improvement and new ideas to the presence of SCM management
    • Contribute to the SCM team with professionalism according to CC standards and processes
    • Follow the quality control processes in depots and transport management

Competences and Skills

Above all you have a strong and enthusiastic personality, you’re customer-oriented and (commercial-) result driven.

Needed skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of planning/logistics operational experience
  • High stress level and ability to work under time pressure
  • Analytically strong and a high sense for priority when tasks need to be solved within a limited time frames
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and work in teams
  • Experience from either Horticulture or Retail would be advantageous
  • Hands on mentality, independent and full of initiatives
  • Technology is for you the means to future business success
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. German is an advantage.
