The core values reflect the corner stones of the CC Pool System, and they are part of everything we do. To remind us of the core values in our everyday work, we have set up a Core Values Council who provide information and create activities in relation to the values. Among others, every month all employees have the opportunity to turn in a core value story to the council, who publishes the stories on our Intranet. Every month we draw lots among the stories received, and the winner receives a nice prize from the council.
The CC Intranet and our house magazine, CC Ajour - which is published 5 times annually - are some of the means of communication and information that increase the information flow in our organisation. To co-ordinate activities internationally, CC Management meet with all the local Area Managers twice annually - and in addition to these meetings there are frequent meetings between the local offices and the main office. But the level of "internationality" and your travel frequency in CC is entirely linked to your job description. Some employees travel every month, others never have to leave their own country.
Introduction of new employees
As a new CC employee you will take part in a formalised introduction programme. A visit in CC's main office in Denmark with a general introduction to the CC organisation, systems and processes is part of this programme. In addition to the general introduction, you will join an "education programme" which is adapted to your specific job.
